Fixes

Fixed: On Follow not working if multiple variables have the same name (in different measurements). Fixed: Tags taking into account for change-detection for Redis, Mqtt and Http collectors. Fixed: Virtual tags in ADS were converted to string. This has been rollbacked to be backwards compatible with older versions. Fixed: Variables with collect type Any were not collected.
